Problem: Video Payback Stalls, is Choppy, or Stutters
Interrupted video playback is usually one of two issues; internet connection speed or computer processor power. When viewing movies over a dial-up connection, or over some wireless connections (wireless b) , you may experience these problems.
When playing a video the first time the movie has to be streamed from the server to your computer, you may be able to eliminate the a stuttering in a video by hitting the pause button and allowing the movie to buffer for a minute or two. View tutorial::
If you still are having problems with playback, you should try switching to the lowest resolution movie version.
Problem: No Sound
